Harry Malik Robertson, 20, of the 2200 block of Forest Glade Lane in Suitland, MD was denied bail early Friday during a hearing in Baltimore City District Court. Former MSU student arrested in February stabbing death

by The MSU Spokesman StaffBaltimore City police arrested a former Morgan State University student Thursday in connection with the Feb. 1 stabbing of Gerald Williams, charging Harry Malik Robertson with first and second-degree murder. Robertson, a Suitland High School graduate, is expected to face a bail hearing Friday. According to Morgan spokesperson Larry Jones, his last known enrollment at Morgan was in the fall semester of 2014. After his one known semester at Morgan, Robertson, 20, from Bowie transferred to Coppin State University. Remembering Gerald “Gwopa” Williams Jr.

by Ahjahnae LaQuer, Managing Editor Gerald Williams Jr., affectionately called, “Jerry” by his family or “Gwopa” by his friends, will be remembered for his giant stature and even bigger heart. “Gerald was probably the tallest person on campus. And the man had a good heart, he was a comedian, man he was funny.
