by Devon AshbyJust like last season, the Morgan State University Bears entered their first home game of the season with a record of 0-2; and just like last season, they ended the game in victorious fashion, earning their first victory of the season. The Bears beat the visiting University of Virginia-Lynchburg Dragons by a score of 61-0 at Hughes Memorial Stadium Saturday afternoon in a game that, due to NCAA accreditation issues for Virginia-Lynchburg, will not count on either team’s official schedule and stat books. And There Were Two! The NCAA Championship is set. The number nine ranked Michigan Wolverines and the number one ranked Louisville Cardinals will play on Monday, April 8 at 9pm inside the Georgia Dome. The Cardinals awaited their opponent after making a late comeback win and defeating Wichita State. The Cardinals went into the second half down by one (26-25). The men’s NCAA Final Four is set. The show goes down Saturday April 6, and the tip-off for the first game is at 6:09 pm between Wichita State and Louisville. The second game between Syracuse Orange and Michigan Wolverines takes off at 8:49 pm. We will see the number nine ranked Wichita State Shockers go up against number one seed Louisville State Cardinals.
